Go to app.songline.au, enter your email and password, then tap Log in.

In your journey, tap a stage marked ACTIVE.

Tap the task you want to upload a document to. Tasks with a green tick are already complete.

Tap Upload document and choose your file. You can add more than one document to a single task.

Beyond uploading documents, you can follow your entire visa journey, get help, and ask any question on your mind.
Scroll your journey page to open ACTIVE stages; completed tasks show a green tick.
Open locked stages to see what's coming and prepare ahead. Your agent unlocks them when it's time.
Contact your agent, plus Help & FAQ, the User Guide, and language/timezone settings. Your agent replies within 2 business days.
