Getting started with the app — Quick start guide

Go to app.songline.au, enter your email and password, then tap Log in.

In your journey, tap a stage marked ACTIVE.

Tap the task you want to upload a document to. Tasks with a green tick are already complete.

Tap Upload document and choose your file. You can add more than one document to a single task.

💡 Not sure which document goes where? Each task's title explains exactly which document it needs. If you get stuck, your agent is there to help.

What else is in the app?

Beyond uploading documents, you can follow your entire visa journey, get help, and ask any question on your mind.

Scroll your journey page to open ACTIVE stages; completed tasks show a green tick.

Open locked stages to see what's coming and prepare ahead. Your agent unlocks them when it's time.

Contact your agent, plus Help & FAQ, the User Guide, and language/timezone settings. Your agent replies within 2 business days.

Sunny answers general questions instantly. When you need more, it forwards your question to your agent.
