Define your fees once — appointments, GSM, visa applications, citizenship — with notes, GST rules, and per-region overrides. Live FX shows TRY (or any currency) alongside AUD. Stripe-backed payment links attach to journey tasks; lines flow into Xero with the right account code. Mark a payment task paid and Xero auto-generates the invoice, marks it settled, and emails it to the client — one less hurdle, no chasing receipts. And when a client pays the AUD-equivalent into a foreign-currency bank account (Wise TRY, multi-currency USD, anything), the AUD invoice clears in Xero while the foreign bank line reconciles to the exact lira / dollars received — no manual FX correction.
