Songline is the practice platform shaped to how Australian migration actually runs — subclass-aware templates, EOI tracking, payments, documents, and a client app your applicants will actually use.

Songline opens to a single dashboard that tracks the deadlines an Australian migration practice runs on — payments due, follow-ups overdue, GSM reports approaching their date, EOI age-points about to drop, EOIs nearing their 2-year SkillSelect expiry, ACT Matrix submissions reaching their 6-month limit (with QLD/VIC ROIs tracked alongside), language test results timing out at 3 years, and skills assessments timing out at 2–3 years. So you don't have to.
Every contact form, every “hey, can you help with my visa?” email auto-creates a candidate. Phone enquiries get logged manually by your reception or assistants — same intake, same triage. Agents promote the real ones to active clients, mark the rest Not Suitable. Your active list stays clean. Your CRM is built in.
Every client, every stage, every agent, every overdue thing — in one list. Find anyone in a keystroke, filter by agent, template or invite status, and see at a glance who’s moving and who’s gone quiet. It’s the screen that replaces your four spreadsheets and a Trello board.

The journey is different for a 189 than a 309 than a 482. Songline ships with editable templates per subclass, ANZSCO-aware — and a custom builder for whatever's specific to your practice. And if a template you need isn't here yet, we'll build the starting template for that visa during your trial.
Ten pieces work together. Each one looks like a feature; together they look like a Tuesday morning where nothing slipped through.
189 · 190 · 491 · 482 · 186 · 309/100 · 820/801 — pre-built and editable. Stack multiple templates on one client (Initial Consultation + Skills Assessment EA + 482), add custom tasks per client, and re-apply when the master template updates. Stage-level notes keep the team aligned without polluting the client view. New official templates ship to every agency automatically — you customise, you don't rebuild.
Agents design forms in the panel — identity, contact, eligibility, anything — then attach them to a journey task. Clients fill them in the app, and the submission lands two places at once: a PDF in that client's folder in your cloud storage (SharePoint, Drive, Dropbox, Box), and mapped fields populate the client record (master_identity, master_contact) so you never re-type the same passport number twice. New official forms ship to every agency automatically — the library grows for everyone.
Rich-text notes on each client, with files dropped straight in: the consult minutes PDF, the passport scan, the screenshot of the Home Affairs error, the full .eml or .msg email thread — previewed inline without leaving the panel. Files route to the same storage as everything else (SharePoint, Drive, Dropbox, Box, S3) under a hidden _AgentNotes subfolder so the client's browse view stays clean. When the principal asks for the full history on a file, it's already there.
Every pending EOI, the points it's claiming, the state it's lodged in, plus two alert clocks running at once: a 90-day age-point alert when a client's next birthday crosses 33, 40, or 45, and a 30-day warning before each EOI hits its SkillSelect 2-year expiry — with a one-click reminder email pre-drafted in the client's language. Filter by ANZSCO or invitation round.
General Skilled Migration reports tracked through their funnel — In Progress, Delivered, Received, Cancelled. Filter by occupation, subclass, or agent. Export to MARA without the spreadsheet detour.
Trello-style boards for daily operations, onboarding, marketing — every team builds the boards it needs. Same workspace as your client journeys, none of the per-tenant Trello bill. Drag, assign, due dates, labels.
Agents publish free time once and connect a calendar. When a journey task needs a meeting — consultation, document review, lodgement — attach it to the task and the client books in their app at a time that suits them. They can reschedule or cancel; the agent's calendar moves with them. No more “does Tuesday at 3 work?” ping-pong with sixteen people in twelve timezones.
Sunny queries clients, tasks, payments, and EOIs in plain language. Drafts emails, builds charts, surfaces overdue work. Architected as English + any second language — AI handles translation across admin panel, client app, and chat. Live with English, Turkish, Hindi, and Mandarin Chinese; add Arabic, Vietnamese, Spanish on request.
Define your fees once — appointments, GSM, visa applications, citizenship — with notes, GST rules, and per-region overrides. Live FX shows TRY (or any currency) alongside AUD. Stripe-backed payment links attach to journey tasks; lines flow into Xero with the right account code. Mark a payment task paid and Xero auto-generates the invoice, marks it settled, and emails it to the client — one less hurdle, no chasing receipts. And when a client pays the AUD-equivalent into a foreign-currency bank account (Wise TRY, multi-currency USD, anything), the AUD invoice clears in Xero while the foreign bank line reconciles to the exact lira / dollars received — no manual FX correction. Pass-through disbursements — DHA fees, skills assessments, anything you clear on the client's behalf — get a matched Receive/Spend pair in Xero and a branded client receipt, automatically. And when a fee-earning task completes, Songline drops a "transfer earned fee from trust to operations" card on your Team Board, with the payment and paid date attached — so earned funds don't sit in the client account longer than your engagement terms allow.
Bring your own — SharePoint, Drive, Dropbox, Box, S3 — so client files live in the infrastructure you already pay for and control. Or, on Pro and Enterprise, skip the setup and use Songline-managed storage in Sydney. Either way, you're the data controller: your retention rules, your portability. SignNow for e-sign, Microsoft Teams for meetings.
Songline pulls subclass processing times from immi.homeaffairs.gov.au every morning at 6am AEST. Clients see the current 75th and 90th percentile timeframes on their journey — agents stop quoting last quarter's numbers, and the question "how long will it take?" gets answered before it's asked.
One platform, two surfaces. The agency runs the practice from the admin panel; the client follows their own journey on their phone. Same data, written for two very different days.
Templates, EOI, GSM, payments, documents, agent roles, Trello-style team boards, Sunny — everything in one timeline.
The applicant sees their journey, their tasks, their documents, their payments — and Sunny in their language. The questions you used to answer at 11pm get answered before they're asked.
Active applicants and language reach are the dials, not seat counts. Every paid plan starts with a 30-day pilot — no card, no commitment. From solo MARA agents building their first practice to multi-office teams running hundreds of files: four tiers, one approach to pricing.
