Request Account Deletion

Songline Journey — Account & Data Deletion

About this page. This page explains how to delete your account in the Songline Journey app (operated by Dyna Solutions Pty Ltd, ABN 61 622 540 050). Songline is an invite-only platform — applicants access the app via an invitation from their migration agency. To delete your account, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

Pick whichever path is most convenient. Both routes reach the same outcome and are processed within the same window.

1

Contact your migration agency directly (fastest)

Open the Songline Journey app, tap Profile → Contact Your Agent, and send a message stating you would like your account and data deleted. Your assigned agent will action the request from the admin side, which triggers the deletion process described below. This is the fastest route because your agency can verify your identity from your account context immediately.

2

Email Songline directly

Email privacy@songline.au with the subject line "Delete my Songline account". Send the email from the address registered on your Songline account. Include your full name and the name of your migration agency so we can match the request to the right record.

If you no longer have access to the app or your registered email, contact privacy@songline.au from any email address and we'll work with you to verify your identity through alternate means.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you later want to use Songline again, you will need to be re-invited by a migration agency and start a fresh account.
